They’re pouring the foundation today!

Here’s the timelapse:

First, you’ll see bobcats come in and drill for the piers, including the flared footers. They place rebar cages in the holes. Then, you’ll see a guy with a long hose following them around, filling the holes up with concrete.

The next day, there’s a small trackhoe that is digging trenches for the grade beams and foundation walls that go around the conditioned space of the house.
